Our lower gastrointestinal tract surgeons are skilled in the operative management of disorders of the colon. They not only perform open type operations but where appropriate perform the new technique of laparoscopic (key-hole) surgery on the colon.
We have specialist surgeons who deal with the upper gastrointestinal tract. They have experience in all types of operations in this region and one of our surgeons is also trained as a liver and pancreas transplant surgeon.
